Matt McDonald is a reporter for KOHD News. Having spent six years working in Central Oregon, he is engrained in the community. Previous work managing the public relations efforts for several local non-profit organizations have given him an appreciation for the kind, caring and compassionate nature the Central Oregon community. Shortly after college, Matt spent a year living and working in Shanghair, China. He credits the experience with broadening his perspective and adding to his ability to recognize stories from different points of view.
