Keith Bleyer
Keith Bleyer

Keith Bleyer has come home. After working as a sports broadcaster in Vermont, Wisconsin, Iowa and Colorado, he is back in his native Pacific Northwest. Keith was born and raised in the Seattle area and during his childhood made annual trips to Central Oregon to enjoy Sunriver in the summer and Mt. Bachelor during the winter. After playing soccer for and graduating from Santa Clara (CA) Univerity, he began a nomadic TV sports career that ultimately led him to Fox Sports Net Rocky Mountain in Denver, where he worked for seven years taking part in Rockies (MLB), Avalanche (NHL), Broncos (NFL) and Nuggets (NBA) programming. Feeling satisfied by the long 'big market' stint, Bleyer began to feel the pull back to his roots and to a community he loves. He joined KOHD as Sports Director in August of 2007, reuniting with his parents who live in Bend and immediately getting involved in his other professional pursuit, coaching youth soccer. He is a Director of Coaching for the Oregon Rush soccer club and travels throughout the Northwest attending matches and tournaments. Keith and his wife, Kelly, are the proud parents of young twins, Lauren and Evan.
