ROSEBURG, Ore. -- In these tough times, some people are turning to art to make some extra cash. But as artisans at the 34th annual Spring Fair learned, sales are dropping off fast.
 
Many hope to see sales rebound as soon as this weekend when the Saturday Market starts back up in downtown Eugene.
