Two Redmond men are under arrest for a home burglary in Prineville. 21 year old Ricky Karle and 20 year old Andrew Brooks from Redmond were arrested Sunday morning and charged with a number of burglary and theft charges as well as felon in possession of a firearm and delivery and manufacture of a controlled substance. Crook County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a home on Marmot Lane east of Prineville just before two Sunday morning. Several items were stolen from the home and the victim was able to provide suspect information. About eight hours later around 10:00 AM, Redmond Police learned the stolen property could be located at a home on South West Salmon Avenue. That's when the two were arrested and taken to the Jefferson County Jail where Crook County rents jail beds.

I didn't see any mention of meth in this story. A 'controlled subtance' could be many things.
Also, these guys aren't Mexican. If meth is involved I would call it a 'U.S. meth habit'.
