Selma native Kristy Lee Cook will perform at the annual Veterans Day Ceremony at the Oregon Fallen War Heroes Memorial in Central Point.
 
The November 11th event begins at 9:00 a.m. Kristy Lee will sing the National Anthem as well as patriotic songs.
 
The hour-long event will also include a flag raising ceremony by Central Point Boy Scouts and speeches by military officials.
 
5800 Oregonians have died in action while serving in the armed forces.
