07/01/09 Bend

On June 30, Ryan Paul Atkins was booked into the Deschutes County Jail.  He was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation.  Atkins fled on foot and was caught by the officer.

36-year-old Ryan Paul Atkins is wanted for domestic assault.  Police believe he's assaulted the same female victim twice.  Now there is an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
