On Saturday June 27, the Redmond Police Department received a report of a forcible rape of a 13 year old female which occurred the evening of 04-30-2009. The incident was alleged to have occurred inside a motor home on residential property within the City of Redmond. The report led to an investigation by the Investigations Unit of the Redmond Police Department. On Tuesday June 30, Detectives contacted the suspect, 21 year old Phillip Doak II, at his place of employment on Mitts Way in La Pine and he was taken into custody. A search warrant was later executed at the location of the rape.
 
Mr. Doak was arrested for several sex crimes, including: Rape I, Rape II, Sex Abuse I, Sex Abuse II, Sex Abuse III, Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor and Tampering with a Witness. Mr. Doak was transported to and lodged at the DCSO Jail. A detainer from his Probation Officer is also expected.
