It's not every day airlink joins in the search but rescuers had trouble getting a specific location from the caller.
 
A 51-year old local woman was riding alone on her atv around three twenty this afternoon  when it reportedly rolled over her,pinning her to the ground.  The accident was reported on Trail 15 in the Millican Valley OHV area, east of Millican.
 
Authorities say the woman suffered a minor hip injury.  Airlink was called to the scene to assist with the search and in case of serious injuries.
 
"We were prepared to go out there and get into some quads and a towable.  Fortunately, Airlink auto-launched on it and they were actually able to fly the area and spotted this gal," said Neil Mackey with Deschutes County Sheriff's Office.
 
Emergency crews remind recreationists to be aware of surroundings and know the area before heading out.
 
Law enforcement agencies say they're stepping up patrols this holiday weekend.  Rescuers say Thursday's incident is a reminder to everyone to use specific trail intersections, landmarks, and nearby highways to best describe your location.
