The OSAA Executive Board and Delegate Assembly voted to approve the Classification and District Committee's final recommendation for a change in conferences for the 2010-2014 time block. The SWC and Southern Sky are replaced with a Southern Oregon hybrid. The Skyline also adds a pair of former 5A teams and a new 3A-2A Southern Hybrid forms.
